Trojan & worm viruses

TROJAN & WORM viruses you're a big fat fucking piece of terrible thing that happened to awesome computers.

I got my new phonee so I decided to search around for ringtoness ... special ringtones on this website that looked relatively secured & then BOOM suddenly the My Computer window popped up saying "Your computer has been infected" & then it starts listing some kind of danger trojan viruses may have on your computer. On the left side, my city, country & IP address started to show up in red & at the bottom it says "Your private data is under attack"

Well for a computer newbie like me regarding viruses & shit what do I do? PANIC. Likeee big time panic. Trying to call people who would know what to do! Suddenly someone suggested that I do point system recover - going back in time? So I did .... & well my computer restarted & now its installing its updates to the day that chose. Usually updates don't take so long but todayyy the installing updates has taken nearly 35mins? I am freaking out right now .. thniking about all the files I have & nearly 30G of mp3 & mp4 files. OMMG.

Luckily, all the important documents I have on myy laptop.

Lastly, my USB key. While my computer was under "attack" I quickly transferred Semester 6 (important school documents) onto my USB but now, I'm scared my USB could be infected? OMMG. Why are bad things keep giving me a headache?

Most importantly, I know I could send it to a computer store to fix it for me but that means I gotta spend money :/ I'm so perfectly broke right noww .. I want to save money but the circumstances are not letting me. omgggg!!!!!!

I'm SO PISSED OFF.
